 \, as well as AT&T Laboratories and AT&T's Global Supply Chain\, including
  advice on IP provisions in business services sales and supply chain contr
 acts\, assessment of intra-supplier IP disputes\, and pre-litigation defen
 se of AT&T operating units against allegations of IP infringement and misa
 ppropriation. This work also included responsibility for all legal aspects
  of patent prosecution\, assertion\, licensing and sales\, as well as trad
